Blue light and artificial frequencies: An invisible threat to our health
Technology promised us comfort, connectivity, and efficiency.
They just forgot to mention the side effects – silent, invisible, and at first almost imperceptible. Yet they cut even deeper into the very foundations of life.
When we brought LED bulbs, smartphones, Wi-Fi, and wearable electronics into our homes, few realized that we were simultaneously dramatically changing our internal biological environment. Not just psychologically, but literally physiologically – at the level of mitochondria, hormonal cascades, cell membranes, and even the very structure of water inside our cells.
It's not just about screen addiction or "digital fatigue." It's about deep disruption of the biological rhythm, which has evolved over billions of years in harmony with the rhythm of the sun, darkness, and the Earth's electromagnetic field. And which we violate every day today.
1. When light isn’t just light – and a signal is more than data
From an evolutionary perspective, human biology is perfectly tuned to natural light and the Earth's very low-frequency electromagnetic field—especially the Schumann resonance (7.83 Hz). Sunlight changes gradually throughout the day: in the morning, the infrared and red spectrum dominate; around noon, blue and UV components are added; in the evening, the warm red hues return.
This light gradient is not just a visual impression – it is a biological signal that precisely controls:
• production of hormones (melatonin, cortisol, DHEA),
• expression of circadian-regulated genes (up to 25% of the genome),
• mitochondrial activity,
• cell regeneration,
• mental performance and mood.
Our eyes, skin, brain, heart, and gut microbiome perceive light as a temporal and functional code. The problem arises when "artificial" light appears—separated from the natural rhythm, intensity, spectral composition, and frequency accompaniment.
Exactly what it does:
• LED light (predominantly blue, 450–480 nm),
• screens with blue backlighting,
• Wi-Fi and mobile signals (2.4–39 GHz),
• smart body devices that emit a continuous pulse signal.
The result is chronic electrosensory load, which overloads the nervous system and disrupts circadian integrity – quietly, continuously, systematically.
2. Artificial Blue Light: A Biological Stressor Hidden in "Neutral" Glow
Blue light is normally a part of healthy daylight. It is what wakes us up and stimulates us in the morning. However, in nature never acts aloneIt is always accompanied by red and infrared spectrum, which:
• stimulates mitochondria and ATP production,
• reduces oxidative stress,
• activates regenerative processes,
• ensures balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.
The sunlight has as a result regenerative and protective properties, which artificial blue light lacks.
However, we are exposed in interiors clean blue folder without protective coating – especially in the evening, when our biology is prepared for darkness, melatonin, and regeneration.
Consequences?
• A decrease in melatonin by 50–90%
• Increase in cortisol at night by up to 120%
• Disruption of hormonal axes (e.g., HPA and HPG)
• Inflammatory signals in the brain
• Sleep Disorders, Immunity, and Mental Health
Melatonin is not just the "sleep hormone", but a key antioxidant, inflammation regulator, immune modulator, and defense system against DNA damage. Its deficiency is associated with a higher risk of neurodegeneration, cancer, depression, and metabolic disorders.
And just like with UV radiation – most warning studies about the harmfulness of light was conducted under laboratory conditions, where the cell was exposed to isolated blue light without the presence of the IR component. This combination occurs in nature does not occur at all – but in our interiors, it is the standard.
3. nnEMF: frequencies that "don't burn," but change
Non-native electromagnetic fields (nnEMF) are unnatural electromagnetic fields that our body unknown from evolutionary past – and they cannot biologically cope with them. This mainly includes:
• Wi-Fi (2.4 and 5 GHz),
• mobile signals (4G, 5G – up to 39 GHz),
• Bluetooth (2.4 GHz),
• satellite and radar communication,
• smart homes, IoT, wearables.
Our cells I don't need to feel these fields consciously – because there is a danger that is internal and silent:
• Calcium channels (VGCC) open
• Membrane polarity reversal occurs
• Is structured (EZ) water lost in cells?
• The permeability of the blood-brain and intestinal barriers increases
• Inflammatory pathways and intracellular stress are activated
Thanks to these effects, the risk increases:
• neurodegenerative diseases (Alzheimer's, Parkinson's),
• autoimmune diseases,
• infertility (sperm count decrease by up to 60%),
• cancerous mutations (through oxidative DNA damage),
• mental disorders (anxiety, insomnia, depression).
Research by Robert O. Becker, Martin Pall, Andrew Marin, and Allan Frey has provided compelling evidence that even very weak field (1,000× weaker than current standards) have a biological effect.
And yet these "non-thermal effects" still not taken into account when setting security limits.
4. People as biological test subjects without informed consent
The modern world is laboratories without control and feedback. We live in a combination:
• 24/7 blue light glow,
• 24/7 signals from hundreds of devices,
• missing darkness, peace, connection with the earth,
• disruption of circadian rhythms and magnetic balance.
Never before in history has a person encountered such a combination of artificial light, frequencies, electrosmog, and isolation from nature. And yet – no long-term experiment was conducted, which would examine the complex impacts of these influences on human health.
Instead:
• The number of chronic diseases is increasing
• Children suffer from spectrum disorders, insomnia, and anxiety
• Young people are losing fertility and mental stability
• The middle generation is collapsing due to fatigue, inflammation, and hormonal disorders
The healthcare system, meanwhile, addresses symptoms – sleeping pills, antidepressants, hormone replacement therapy – without consideration electrobiological stress as basic causes.
5. Conclusion: Light and frequency are not supplements. They are essential nutrients.
Our body is not just a biochemical laboratory – it is electrophotonic system, controlled by light, rhythm, frequency, and water. When we disrupt the rhythm of light, we lose the rhythm of the body. And when we lose the rhythm of the body, we lose health.
What does it mean?
• Light is not just about "seeing." It is information that governs time, energy, and regeneration.
• Darkness is not the enemy. It is a necessary counterpart to light, without which neither hormonal nor immune balance functions properly.
• Electromagnetic calm is not a luxury. It is a biological necessity.
• The earth is not just a surface. It is a grounding network that replenishes electrons, reduces inflammation, and tunes our internal circuitry.
The most powerful "medicine" of the 21st century may not be gene therapy or expensive pharmaceuticals.
Maybe it's ordinary return to the sun, darkness, rhythm, and earth.
And maybe health doesn't start at the pharmacy – but in the environment, which we forgot to honor.
