Light therapy as a hope for adolescents with depression: Detailed scientific results of photobiomodulation

Anxiety and stress:  The study also assessed anxiety symptoms using the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAM-A). The therapy led to a significant reduction in anxiety symptoms in most participants, confirming its effectiveness not only for treating depression but also comorbid anxiety. The study also recorded significant improvement in resilience to stress factors, which led to an enhanced quality of life for adolescents.

Improvement of sleep patterns: PBMT led to a significant improvement in sleep quality in 65% of participants, which is a crucial factor for overall regeneration and mental well-being of adolescents.
