Dosage during pregnancy:

First trimester of pregnancy (weeks 1-12):
Take 2 capsules daily, preferably 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening with food. If necessary and after consultation with the doctor, you can adjust the dosage.

Second trimester of pregnancy (13-28 weeks):
Take 4 capsules daily, preferably 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening with food. If necessary and after consultation with the doctor, you can adjust the dosage.

Third trimester of pregnancy (29-40 weeks):
Take 6 capsules daily, preferably 3 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules in the evening with food. If necessary and after consultation with the doctor, you can adjust the dosage.
