Use
1-3 squeezes per day. Start with 1 squeeze per day and gradually increase to 3 squeezes and as directed. Take separately from other medicines prescribed by the doctor. Hold under the tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing. It can be added to water. It is best taken on an empty stomach 10 minutes before a meal. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Discontinue use if adverse reactions occur.
