Clock 3in1 circadian bulb

The CLOCK bulb is available in two variants:
- Classic A19 shape with a regular E27 thread with a power of 7W
- Spot bulb GU10 for recessed lights with a power of 5W

Both variants have 3 modes for optimal lighting throughout the day and night, which can be switched according to the phases of sunlight from sunrise to sunset by simply turning off and on the existing light switch.

Why avoid blue light?

The blue light emitted by ordinary light bulbs and displays disrupts the function of melatonin - the hormone that controls the circadian rhythm. Long-term exposure to blue light leads to sleep problems and a general derangement of the internal clock.

Blue light sources such as LED bulbs or screens also cause excessive eye strain and can contribute to premature aging. In addition, according to some studies, blue light increases the risk of obesity, diabetes and other civilization diseases.

How to use the CLOCK circadian bulb:

The bulb is switched manually using a switch.

Mode 1 - Morning/afternoon light: 2500K Warm, energizing light suitable for waking up in the morning and starting the day.

Mode 2 - Daylight: 5000K Bright, full spectrum simulating outdoor daylight, ideal for work and concentration.

Mode 3 - Evening light: 1700K Soft, subdued light without a blue component supports the natural production of melatonin for restful sleep.
