Description
For a certain period, we can cope with stress quite well; it gives us a good feeling that we have achieved or completed something. However, when we are unable to unwind for a long time, it can have fatal consequences. Permanent stress can put the body into a constant "alert" mode, causing lasting damage. The immune system suffers, susceptibility to illnesses increases, tension builds up, and in the worst case, it ends with burnout syndrome. Scientific studies have shown that stress worsens inflammation in the intestines, leading to increased death of important gut bacteria. Use
Mix 1-2 sachets (3g) daily in 1/8L of water, wait at least 10 minutes for activation, stir and drink. It is recommended to be taken in the morning before breakfast and/or in the evening shortly before going to bed. Do not use as parenteral nutrition.
