Basic prerequisites for healthy food
The basic prerequisite for healthy food is that it aligns with natural laws and common sense 🧠, which was reflected in the somewhat forgotten customs of our ancestors.
These rules can, somewhat surprisingly for some, also be explained using quantum physics and biochemistry.
1️⃣ The first rule is to consume natural rather than industrially produced food whenever possible. According to research on circadian rhythms, our body is very sensitive to foods 🍅 produced under artificial light and containing many preservatives or other chemicals.
2️⃣ The second rule is to adhere to the previously common and enforced rule that food should be of local origin. The same rule can still be seen in nature today – no animal 🐰 except those artificially bred can obtain anything other than local food.
3️⃣ The third rule is also supported by nature and the customs of our ancestors, and that is seasonality. Given the natural behavior of our organism, we should not consume anything other than seasonal food.
All 3️⃣ basic rules of a healthy approach to eating, known as SLS, are historically proven, natural, and logically explainable. The level of globalization allows these three basic rules to be fundamentally violated, and according to recent research, this may be one of the causes of poor health. 🤕
We will gradually also focus on individual foods.
